“We live in Davis California. With the help of Amber Welsh who brought this effort to our attention, my daughter has started a neighborhood collection of coats and shoes which we call “Project Warm Hearts and Soles”. She has gone door to door and we’re now up to about 12 full boxes. She presented her project at school and is hoping to get permission to begin collecting.”
